Ingredients: 12 ounces canned or shredded chicken breast -2 servings of laughing cow cheese -1 ounce low fat cheddar cheese -2 tablespoons of franks red hot sauce -4 ounces of low fat Greek yogurt Directions:

Cook in crockpot, microwave or stovetop and serve with veggies.
