Buffalo Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients: 2 cups chopped romain lettuce 7 oz. chicken breast 4 tbsp Frank's Red-hot original wings sauce 2 tsp reduced reduced fat cheese 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup diced tomatoes 2 tbsp light ranch Directions: Chop up vegetables and place in bowl, sprinkle cheese on top and set aside. Cup chicken breast into strips and cook on skillet with hot sauce (if you cannot find Frank's Hot Sauce, another sauce that is comparable in low carbs, sugars, and calories will work) over medium heat. After chicken is cooked lay over salad and enjoy! For additional flavor you can a bit of light ranch! Makes 1 serving.
